Q. Do I have to have a HIPS?
A. Part of the terms of HIPS, is that any private sale WILL NOT require a HIPS or Home Information Pack. Your sale to us is a private sale, so selling to us means we do not require, nor do you need to provide HIPS.
Q. How much will it cost me?
A. We do not charge any fees. You will not pay any Agents Fees Valuation Fees or Legal Fees.
Q. When do I have to vacate my property?
A. You decide on your own time scale. We are fully flexible. And don’t forget about our Sell and Rent Scheme which is available to all sellers who wish to remain in their homes after the sale

A. Yes! House sales can be arranged for properties which require modernisation and refurbishment.
